Complimentary first call to clarify the problem and discuss which treatments will be most beneficial to you. A chance for you to feel if you connect with and would like to work with me. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment as this is initial enquiry.

Initial Consultation lasts 60 minutes and is £65 for an individual treatment plan to be devised for a plan of action. Discussion, reading and signing of a therapy contract to best help you. Getting familiar with each other and setting goals. Some hypnosis may take place in this session but priority is on realistic goal setting.

1:1 Treatment Sessions last 60 minutes for £65. Each person is different but the average treatment plan involves 4-6 sessions to achieve the long-lasting transformational effects.

Discounted rates are available for bookings of 4, 6 or 10 sessions in advance (to be booked at your convenience after payment). 

I may also give you some exercises to do in between sessions to help achieve goals more quickly and more effectively as well.

Payment is due before each session is booked. I accept cash or direct bank transfer or Paypal.

Cancellation Policy: There is no charge for re-sceduling a pre booked appointment for a later date with at least 48hrs prior notice. I understand that unexpected things happen, but I do ask that if you need to cancel or postpone a session that you give me at least 48hrs notice. Cancellations made within less than 48hrs notice will be charged.
